A girl at my gym has a pole wear company called Polerform and her stuff is great. She created her company because she was having trouble finding bras for a large chest that were practical for pole and also cute. She has an etsy page and a Facebook page. https://m.etsy.com/shop/PolerForm
She will customize her items to suit your needs and measurements. She also does custom orders for competition/performance wear. I highly recommend her and so many girls at my gym (especially the bustier ones) love how secure they feel in her tops!
