I love these forums. This forum has finally given me the motivation to run! I hate running with a passion but am looking at trying to get fitter and lose some body fat. I started running using the 101k podcast. It is brilliant! Thanks so much for the tip cheerybomb. It’s awesome fun and so good for you. I have done a few lessons and now hoop for 10 minutes a day. I play about 3 or 4 songs and hoop to them for fitness. My stomach has never been so toned and I have had 3 kids. The weighted hoops are great. My next challenge is hooping with two hoops! Thanks Veena! I love your lessons. Even if I know how to do them.. I still watch the daily ones to revise and hopefully perfect each trick. What about spinning pole lessons?? I’d love to see how to perform on spinning with ease.

The final performances aired on Tuesday evening here in oz but the girls were not voted in top three https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_sad.gif they definitely should have been! thanks everyone for your great tips. Yes… I will take all of your advice on board. Confidence in yourself is definetely the key! I’m intereseted in the callanetics and I will try harder at running but it is not my favourite thing to do. My instructor here on the Gold Coast in Australia informed me that even though not great for your hands and not nice to smell, that methylated spirits gives you all the grip you need!
