apps for ipad usually cost more for some reason. I got the pocket pole app before I found out about pole dance dictionary, which is basically the same thing. The pocket pole app has a few glitches and won't play some videos, so i would recommend saving your money and just use the pole dance dictionary

Have you tried drysol? its cheap, and you dont need a prescription. I had horrible hyperhydrosis and it completely stopped it.

Always get some kind of protein in you within 45 min after your workout. Your body needs it to help build muscle. Whey protein mixed with water is the easiest.  I usually also have a piece of fruit with my shake too. Avoid fats post workout as it will slow protein absorption. I find most bars are too full of junk ingredients and too high in calories.

The program is free, which is amazing considering how thorough it is.

I haven't ordered the supplements yet, but there on sale for over half off, and it looks like a good price for what you get. I'm already taking everything that she suggests except for the BCAA's. Make sure if you pick up BCAA's you get it in pill not powder form. I've gotten the powder before and it tasted like freaking battery acid!! I made her recipe last night for the foil wrapped fish and the pumpkin protein squares and they both tasted delicious.

I just started the Jamie Easons program too!!, I'm on my first week, will be sneaking in a spin class once a week though, I can't not do cardio! I'm just not sure where I'm going to jam pole practices into the schedule? How are you finding it Bailahoops? what week are you in?
