    I have trouble inserting tampons and wearing them, hence im a little worried about weather il ever be able to actually have sex! So im not sure if the moon cup would work or not?

    that would be super helpful! any body type etc just in written form or video form if you can
    the questions are:
    A) What does Pole dancing/fitness mean to you? What have to gained from it/has it changed your life in anyway?
    B) How do you feel pole dancing/fitness is perceives by society? Is it looked at in a negative light or as an appreciative art form?
    C) What is one thing that you would like the audience to take away and learn/realise about our beautiful art.
    Would love any answers xxxx

    Hi everyone! would love your awesome expert advise!

    I am an intermediate poler and am wanting to build a leaner more stronger body.

    How often should I lift weights at the gym and do cardio?? Each week, I currently have one day that i pole (due to being a poor student) and one day to do only cardio, then the rest is a mix but mostly a little bit of weights each day,

    should i only be doing weights a few times a week or do i need to do everyday like cardio??

    Please help, would love your expert opinions!! =)

    is the arnica gel better than the arnica cream?

    Some people did inverts i nearly went upside down, my foot was on the back of the pole my body in a C shape

    wow thank you! you are right! i think i feel strong what are some ways to increase your strength that would help with inverts? such as specific gym exercises?

    awesome thanks guys, any recommendations beside veenas lessons? such a yoga or pilates are they helpful? just as i cant afford veenas memberships, due to being a student (and im in nz not from the us)

    Thanks guys! I would love to purchase a membership for the online site here but cant afford it thats why i was after exercises etc for the gym or at home, with equipment that may help?

    I know that you have to eat alot to buld up muscle mass, and as a vegan im trying to get the most protien i can to build it up. Should I have certian foods to help?
