    Hi do I know this is a few months late but I am interested in this!!!!! I don’t stretch at all :/ and naturally I am stiff as a board. Like can’t even reach my toes or begin to do a back bend. My goals would be awesome at splits of course back bends and front bends. Soo if anyone is on the same level as me or interested in starting with me just let me know 🙂 I’m super excited

    And scarlethoney I will def look into acrobatics more. I have already a little but the closest studios r a few hrs away :/ il keep searching tho lol it sounds like sooo much fun!!!!!

    And Amy ur blog was soo helpful and great thanks a bunch!!!

    *my goals r to build up my strength(be able to do inverts, and hold myself up on the pole for at least 15 seconds lol)
    *to tone up my whole body and lose inches (not sure exactly how many cuz i dont wana be like i wana lose 3 inches and realize thats an unrealistic goal so im just guna stick to saying i just wana tone up, the less jiggle the better)

    ok so my starting plan for my workout is
    *run 30 min every day
    *strength train 30-60min every other day
    *pole 1 hr at least every other day

    my eating plan
    *at least 8c water every day
    *smaller portions
    *2c green tea
    *eat 5 servings of fruits and 5 servings of veggies
    *increase protein and iron
    *cut way down on junk foods (sweets, salty stuff, fattening junk, frozen foods, etc)

    i cant find a measuring tape so il put up my inches and everything as soon as i find one.
