Check out this link also. http://www.mikayogawear.com/colorsizeandfabric.php They compare different tops for different bust sizes. Mika also has fold over shorts, Daisy, in colors if you want something other than basic black.

It also includes inversions in the Level 2 techniques.

Yeah Lady Of Essence opened its studio around mid year last year, so its fairly new 🙂 There is also Kara's Pole Studio in the Kemah area and Verticality in the Central Houston area.

And a little further up the freeway is Lady of Essence with another range of fun fitness classes.

Houston is really starting to boom with pole studios. So along with PoleLaTeaz, S Factor, Inner Me Studios and Kara Pole Studio, a new studio has opened on the southwest side of town. It's called Ego Fitness Studios and located at 12605 S. Gessner at Beltway 8. Beautiful, spacious, 8 static pole studio servicing beginners, intermediate and advanced polesters. We're hosting a pole jam this Sunday, April 17th from 3-5p, Pole Dance FIt Choreo at 7:15p on Monday, April 18th and a Fitness Funday the following Saturday, April 23 from 12-5p. If you've seen videos of Miss CryStylez on YouTube, you'd love this place!

We actually have worked with Kimara at X-pole for a 16.6ft pole. It is awesome. We are using the vaulted ceiling permanent mount.

I was given my pole name and believe that it suits me pretty well. Smooth Operator it is. I got it after doing a freestyle/show off at the end of my first pole series. The owner of the company walked in and was in awe of how I flowed on the pole. So she stated that was so smooth, and thus Smooth Operator was born.

Aww, yeah I would prefer an x-pert. I’ll ask around to some of the girls in my class to see if I can find you a buyer. Not too bad of a deal.

Is it an xpert and does it have extensions?
