It’s been about 7 months for me also, after having spent just over 2 years progressing through to Intermediate level (almost ready for Advanced) and life got too busy and I couldn’t be bothered with the 1 1/2 hr return journey to my nearest Studio. Recently discovered StudioVeena and have just signed up for the 3 day free trial atm to give it a try. Did Day 1 of the 30 Day Take Off today, I’m assuming it is probably best for me to ease back into it this way and go back to the basics, hopefully getting back to the level I was at before too long. Hearing nothing but good things about StudioVeena, so excited to be back poling again from the comfort of my living room this time 🙂
