My Studio Veena Lil Mynx pole to this day is my favorite pole. Sets up in about 2 minutes & grip is amazing!! I own 3 Xpoles, one is powder coated and doesn’t compare to whatever Veena had going with Lil Mynx at the time;)

Google FabPole, Pole Flight, & Pole Aria.

This happened to make when I first got my xpole. It’s probably over tightened. Lossen the pole by one turn & see what happens. Worked for me😜

My Minx came down when I had my Pole Aria attached to it & put a hole in the ceiling. If your using your Minx on spin you need to make sure the extender is extended enough (it can shorten on spin after a while). Check it each time you put up. For me I need 2 1/2 extension & believe me I check it every time I put it up now😬. My x-pole just spins to fast and is chrome which I hate.

I actually have these pleasers and they are my favorite shoe! No problems pivoting or turning.

I can relate to this. I have fallen badly 3 times, once at the studio. I don’t post on any social media sites, just Studio Veena. & very rarely. I pole because it is a great workout, relieves stress and makes me feel good!! I’m 53 yrs old and have been poling on & off since 2011. The moment it stops feeling that way, I step back and take a break. I pole at home 1-2 days and at studio 1-2 days. I have watched your videos and your a beautiful dancer, very strong and sexy. Maybe step away from social media pressures and take a break. Dance just for you and how it makes you feel:)

Sexy floor work & low flow combos/routines.

I have started working on her base work dvd’s recently and they are great! I was specifically looking for low flow type tutorials. I really like them and think that they are worth it. There very easy to follow and her instruction is great.

MemberOctober 10, 2016 at 1:56 pm in reply to: Rigging for silks that attach to my poleI use my Fab Pole Nexus wrap on my x-pole and it works just fine and is secure. It has never fallen down. My little Minx pole with the Pole Aria has fallen and put a hole in my ceiling, but I believe it is because it wasn’t tightened enough at the time. I think that most manufactures say that you should only use on permanent poles for liability issues…

MemberSeptember 30, 2016 at 3:50 am in reply to: Pole silks, xpole units or fab pole wrap?I have the Pole Aria for my 50 x-pole and then ordered the Fab Pole Nexus Wrap for my 45 minx pole. Both are great, I just needed another one for my home studio and decided to do the fab pole as it can be used on all size poles. The studio I go to also uses the Nexus Wrap. The only difference is the old Pole Aria unit had a hook that positions the silk away from the pole a bit and the Nexus is rite next to the pole. I would say if you have several size poles, go with the Nexus Wrap. It is also quicker to put up the the Pole Aria unit.
