    Yikes! I’m sorry 🙁
Walking is awesome. If you want something more intense, try insanity. They do have some push-up/arm moves, but they are easily skippable. I like to do that as a cardio/cross training on days my arms are sore!
    Luck with recovery!

I know summers are often slow. I bet when fall rolls around class enrollment will pick back up again. Second the benefits to learning on your own, too. Helps you know what to ask about/look for in class!

Agree with everything previously said about diet. Also, drink LOTS of water.
I actually push harder on cardio without an audience. If you Zumba on the Wii, do it. A heartrate monitor is a good bet, but the “talk test” works, too. It should be moderately hard to talk. For me, maybe 4-5 words per breath. Either way, consistency is your friend. Good luck!

Oddly enough, I was having this very conversation last night!
To me, there’s a difference in the terminology.
You “have” a move when you can do it consistently (barring tight shoulders/no grip).
You’ve “mastered” a move when you can dance it.

ETED = Empowerment through exotic dance.  Been staring at the spreadsheet too long.. everything is abbreviated in my head.  Btw, Vertical Dance = VD… hehe

Embrace and no hands cradle. My tummy just isn’t used to that level of burn, especially my belly button!

Took me about a week and a half before I had pole energy again, but it does get better! In general, more food, more protein. I kept up regular poling and did insanity to tone/strengthen lower body. Good luck and have fun!
