For me sometimes it’s psychological.. when I feel down, I don’t have the strength to do anything.. A coffee before pole helps me..

same here! Some days aren’t easy and I don’t push myrself.. I think my pole is the best investment I ever made!

that’s why I have mine at the garage! 🙂

keep trying.. but don’t over do it because you’ll be disappointed.. one step at a time! When I started I got disappointed cause I thought it would be easier! I could do a pole hold hardly for one second! Everyday you’ll get stronger and I’m sure you gonna love it! Here is something inspirational to watch http://youtu.be/Rd1bwWBqoy0

Don’t push yourself too hard and don’t feel guilty.. Maybe you just need a time out! Do other things that make you happy and soon you’ll be back.. I used to feel guilty when I didn’t wanna dance but I realise that I just wanted some time off from pole.. 🙂 xx

It makes me feel so good that each time I finish my workout, I give a kiss to my pole! It makes me feel that I stand out from the “crowd”!:)

It’s totally subjective.. I am a beginner, I have only tried the x pole sport chrome (it’s not spinning) and it works great for me.. The only thing is that it makes a noise sometimes (it has been also reported by others).. At first it was a little bit scary but I got used to it.. 🙂
