yeah–impressive!! I can do kicks from the floor but can't get my legs that high when I'm on the pole.

that is tough to say. there are benefits to both, though i've only tried a 50 mm so far. i know there are some threads on here, try searching 45 and 50 mm poles.

I don't know about the mipole, but can definitely recommend the lilmynx. you're going to be putting in a good several hundred dollars, and it will be worth it to get a good, sturdy pole.

yes, that's the one. i'd never done that one before i got a spinny pole. i LOVE it, cool to see other transitions into other combos. 🙂

Queenie–it's VERY pricey to ship them. it's worth a try though, maybe you can find something. i've visited every shipping place around here and could never find a reasonable price. :/
