    Hi we would reccomend a min of full arms length around the pole, This will allow you to swing around safely.

    You will need to find a beam in your ceiling, you can buy a stud finder from a hardware store,

    Once you have found the beam, cleared a space you are ready to buy a pole. If your based in the UK or Europe you can buy from http://www.x-pole.co.uk

    As a poler I LOVE 45mm poles however I have fallen for my new 40mm but the choice is really personal preference.

    Hi If your pole is 9ft then you will not need an additional extensions as the pole goes from 7ft 4 to 9ft

    So you will need all the extensions and a 100mm in thread which is covered by the cover.

    Well I am in the office tommorrow so will see what we can do to resolve the issues quickly and easily for you the team at the Uk office are manic but will always make time to help and if we miss you then shout at us me lol were only human after all 😉
    Give me a call when ever or remember I am on tour with Karol helms next week so if you are near any of the venues pop in and see me we start in Manchester next Friday
