I'm a 36F, and I wear Lulu Lemon bras (those made for maximum support). I find that sizes vary though (I have both a 38C and a 36DD in two different models), so I wouldn't suggest buying from the internet. It's definitely a try-and-buy purchase.

I too understand the lack of a good pole space. I have beautiful ceiling height, but a very narrow apartment, so I can't do a lot of floor movements or even spins where my legs would be extended. There's also a dangling light, so inverting has to be done with extra care. Also, like you, I have no wall space for handstand practice. I try to make do with my small space, is it possible you have any room? I would guess that my space is no bigger than 4X4 feet, if that.
Veena's suggestion of using a friend's space is a great idea. I'd take it one step further, and say to use a friend's pole. I frequently have some beginner friends come over and work on their spins, since they aren't at the stage to dedicate several hundred dollars to purchasing a pole of their own. I also have regular pole jams with some of the girls in my level. I'm sure someone in your new class would be game for extra, fun practice. You could bring the grace on spin pole, and they could bring the acro. It's a great thing to have different perspectives.
Good luck!

My favourite yoga DVD is Yoga's Journal's Complete Beginner's Guide. It's an hour, so just slightly shorter than the P90X DVD but I find the pace much better, and similar to the P90X yoga DVD it's easy to skip through so if I don't feel like a particular move, I just move to the next one, or the next series. The DVD also has two 15 minute routines and an encyclopedia of moves. I think it's around $30 (Canadian), and you can order it from their website.
Rodney Lee DVDs are also a good suggestions. I have a couple on my computer, so I don't know their names.

You should tell your husband to pole dance for 30 minutes and then he can argue his point (which he'll have completely lost).
Or invest in a heart rate monitor which will clearly show that your heart rate will be in the aerobic zone while dancing. If something as low impact as walking can be considered a cardio workout, then pole dancing is without a doubt a cardiovasular exercise.
And I agree with Aviva. Pole dancing is both cardio and resistance, it is the best of both worlds.

Starting a little late. But my goals are.
Drink 2 bottles of water so I don’t drink my calories
After walking home, stretch and use foam roller
Reduce eating after dinner
ab exercises 3x a week
strenghth exercises 2x a week.
take care of forearms
Reduce coffee intake, and switch out of half and half and sugar.I’m just curious how you plan to take care of your forearms. Mine are achey as a result of trying to conquer the split grip, and any suggestions on helping them out would be awesome!
