    I love my arms every day more, the new muscles they are getting ans how strons they are becoming! This is why I love summer, when the arms are out!

    Hi girls
    I am from Brazil, Porto Alegre.
    Here there are no studios that teach pole dance, so I have been taking workshops and learning what I can online, and probably I will be teaching classes soon. I have been a dancer for 30 years, I danced ballet a lot and nowadays I work with contemporary dance and dancetheater.
    I also really plan on subscribing to the online classes here with Veena, but I couldn’t yet.
