Do you mean back to static from spinning? If so then yes! It’s just a matter of loosening some screws to go to spin mode, then lining up it up correctly and tightening the screws when you’re ready for static again. You can watch videos on YouTube for how to install/change it if you’re worried!

MemberDecember 19, 2016 at 1:54 pm in reply to: 30 Day Take Off and 30 Days to FlexyI have been doing both programs at the same time…they line up fairly well in terms of rest days, but when I have been too sore or just don’t have enough time in the day I take a day off from one or the other, and I always look at both of them before I start and note which exercises are in both so I don’t double up and overload those muscles. I was already poling in a studio once a week for a few months before I started the programs though, so I wasn’t exactly starting at the bottom in terms of my pole strength… Give it a try and if you feel too sore or too tired drop it down to one of the programs.
