I’m totally agree with Veena and I don’t work with tg deadlift from the the ground. But how could I work on this move; it’s very hard with cup grip! I saw all the video on youtube but nothing help me! Merci!

Thank you Veener’s, so easy!!! You do a double knee hold and you cross your leg! It should call a cross double knee legs!

a very interesting talk … I ask myself the same questions in time. I have a studio that runs great. I never wanted a child but there 7 monts i met my man, the one who deserves to be the father. Only it already has a child he sees 3 times a year. He is afraid that seems to happened. But he never talks to me. We consulted and decided to give us time. Only, I have no more time; I’ll have 42 years! I wait for months but he never talks to me. His silence said everything. I feel hurt and I feel that I disrespect. I do not want a child at all costs, in fact, seeing him in this new light, I do not want children from him. I feel hurt and humiliated because he told me that it’s my attitude last days by confronting that has reduced. Absolutely not being able to live with the fact that it makes me sad, it defers all on me. It’s ugly and small.I do not know at all what to do …

You can find lots of free lesson on youtube and Studio Veena taught me a lot online. But a pole fitness class in a studio will not be free; you can offer to make an exchange service with the owner. This is what I offer in my Studio. Good luck!

Hi from Montreal! I graduated in theater , i'm a actress, specializing in voice over. I was a teacher with children but since I discovered the pole, I opened my own studio and I teach adults! I have many projects bringing together my two passions!

I have many students who had the same problem. You can sand your pole with fine sand paper and painted with a metal paint which has a brass finish. All our poles in Studio 409 are made like that and it's fantastic. It took us two years to discover the best option. Take a spray paint type Tremclad, not a brush. Good luck!

I am the owner of Studio 409 for 4 years and when one of my instructor takes a student at Studio has always a percentage of profit. If she brings her own group, she rented the studio. Unfortunately all the studios are not like ours, of course you have to pay rent and make clear agreements but if you want to work in a positive atmosphere we must treat good the Instructors. Some schools are like factories, this is not what I chose and the mere fact that you asked the question answers it. You will find a better place dear.
