Absolutly agree: my Studio have 8 poles but I prefer to work with 4 or 5 students. It's a personal choice. I give a lot of quality time to my girls. Of course I have to work more but it's my choice for more safety, fun and work.

When giving bad intentions to someone, When you encourage people to boycott a company, when using words like "scam" "stupid" about a company and a person, it is not give a opinion. It's called making the public nuisance. This is a  lack of ethics and maturity. This site does not encourage women to give their opinion at any price, if you have nothing positive to say about pole fitness, find another place to unload your anger.

I am deeply disappointed and disgusted by this forum, the subjects are not important, what matters is how we treat them, the choice of words used and the attitude we have. This person has not understood what were the values and choices of Studio Veena. Thus, such behavior is not welcome on this site.Veena and her team have chosen to help the pole community  positively and all those who do not meet this vision are asked to leave and stop wasting our time.Thinking before acting can be a good resolution for the New Year…

I'm a owner too; dealing with all of this is very hard. I don't have a life outside my Studio but it's a choice. You know exactly what you have to do and your decision will be the better one. You always can trust yourself. I'm with you xxxx

Hi Veener's! I have mirena for almost 2 months. I had not too much pain when insersion and slightcramping for 2 days. 3 weeks later I had my period and after, I bleed slightly since then. I hope this will stop soon … I think it's different for every woman. Good luck and lots of love from Montreal!
