    OMG…….45mm please!!!!!!!! Now, I have a 38mm and it's fantastic!!!! I can't use my "old" 45 mm! I have a small hands and it's very more easy. Good luck!

     Hum….It's not just a muscles problem; some girl have a little curve in her legs bones, femur  (like me) and it's more difficult to do the car for this reason. I can do it, but  i felt inconfortable and unsure. I learn this with Amber Richard and It's make a lot of sense for me and my students.

    AerialMck said a very good point; don't kick up to much but lift yourself and squeze your abs! Don't forguet to let your head go down; I know it's hard and scariness at the beguining. You can start on the flor and up slowly. You can do it!!!!

    lol You girls are so sweat!!!! I have 8 poles in my Studio, I only use 3 of us and for me it's a girls. All the rest are a boys! I feel this, I don't know why lol But one of the boys name is "Fern". Each poles are differents and all of my students always take the same! It's not possible for her to work in another pole lol

    It’s the name of my Studio! We start at number 409 but now we growing and we move at the 406 since one year. But everybody know the 409 so, we keep it! Studio 409! But my name is ValĂ©rie!!!

    J’avais 31 quand j’ai dĂ©couvert le pole fitness. C’est très nouveau au QuĂ©bec. J’ai eu un coup de foudre, je suis rapidement devenue instructeure et j’ai maintenant mon propre studio, Studio 409! La pole a changĂ© ma vie pour le mieux! J’ai aujourd’hui 35 ans.
