i had the same thing happen to me but from work and pole. I found that deep massage on my neck,arms and hands worked really well. also get acupuncture done. ask for the baxie hand points. that works really really well. good luck.

i have an one piece brass aradia pole and love it. its really strong and does not moved. i tighten it ever time in use it and trust me it does not move. and i am an plus size poling girl. so i was very careful on what pole i was going to buy, good luck and have fun!
