To touch up stuffs I’ve had better luck with using nail polish in a matching color. I’ve actually taken my shoes (that are not black) to the drug store to find the exact shade of polish. Works great.

You will save money by not doing this yourself. Corrective hair color is much more expensive if even possible. Go to a hairdresser. We have a saying quit your bitchin you did it in your kitchen.

I’m with Natasha Wangss advice. I conserve my energy completely for the routine. I need to run through it so it’s fresh in my mind. If not I will forget it.

And regarding Derick Pierson, he teaches Mondays at Pixie when he’s in town. Yes he is excellent. There is also Polestars but I haven’t been there so can’t say much about them.

Check out Exotic Workouts at tryewo.com. This is my home studio. We are a shoe wearing studio. I also go to Pixie Fitness. This is a bare foot more gymnastic environment. Sensual Souls is a beginnerish studio. I started there. There is also Evettes and Im sorry.. I can’t recommend it.

I use 99 percent volume alcohol that you can get at any beauty supply store. If you can’t find 99 percent 91 will also work..do not bother with 70 percent. A soft Dobe sponge will work without scratching. This works on any non porous surface glass etc.
