@pankake..I don’t know how long you’ve been poling. I’m also a Lilly white redhead and at two years I bruise very little. You really do get the finesse that you don’t hit the pole so hard.

My teacher picked my stage name at my first class with her. Because of my hair my name is Red. I like that she picked it for me. I dont know anyones real name in class. Its pretty cool. 🙂

I have a few…..You know youre a pole dancer when six inch heels arent really that high anymore… when you cant stop choreographing in your head to every song you listen too… and you wear shorts cause its hot and you dont give a DAMN who sees the bruises on your legs!! :*

I power walk with 5 lb apiece wrist and ankle weights. I wear negative heel sneakers to feel it more in my butt. I stretch and do ab plows everday.

Color is a very tricky thing to do yourself. Let a hairdresser do it.
