My hubby made my pole but it is the equivelent to a 45mm 1 3/4 inch. I went for the smaller size because I am very little! lol Being 5’2 and about 104lbs needless to say my hands are tiny. I tried one of my girlfriends pole and she must have the 50 but even that quarter inch makes it seem huge! I could use it but had a little difficulty with my grip and strength with inverts like butterfly because I felt like I couldn’t get a good enough grip but could probably get used to it. but I love my smaller size its perfect for my hands, sometimes bigger is’nt better LOL https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_lol.gif

it sounds wierd but a little shaving cream rubbed on the hands or back of the knee or where ever you need a little stick works good for me I like spinny alot and it helps my grip when i’m spinning and inverts to get that extra stick , just a little and let dry, doesn’t seem to gunk up my pole either but i don’t use it alot. just on the really sweaty days lol.

Omg i dont know why people can be so frigin ignorant instead of taking the time to educate themselves. For one thing To say pole dancing is all about stripping is the stupidest thing. i did’nt realize that by wearing boy shorts or the equivelent to a string bikini is considered stripping????? https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_confused.gif dont you actually need to take your clothes off or at least one article of clothing off to strip or is there another way i don’t know about https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_lol.gif and the fact that they are to stupid to see all forms of dance (hip hop, jazz, ballet, contemporary, ect) gymnastic and a little circus tricks and that it takes training, time, and creativity, not to mention strength in mind and body. I think we should take our poles and beat some sense into them if we wouldnt break our poles on those THICK skulls of theirs https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_rolleyes.gif

My first allergic symptom is illness and nausea, then rash followed by breathing poroblems. Please ladies be carful cause next time you could have a worse reaction. Suggest asking for a different pain med next time. or test for allergy to the medication by doctor.
