I just took a workshop from Michula Nunez. She had us get into the TG from the invert. I think her plan was that you would learn what it feels like to be in that position and then learn to get into it from the ground. So let me add, I cannot get into it from the ground. I can’t do the regular handspring. But I could do the moves she taught us.
    So here goes
    Invert
Do a 1/2 caterpillar as if you were going to climb.
Now switch your upper hand (up means nothing when you are up side down, so the one closest to the ceiling) to the twisted grip
I had trouble with that. So my memory cue was to rub my thumb across my belly button and then turn my palm away from my body and grab the pole
let your lower hand slid down a bit toward the floor
Now the fun part: Pike ( a favorite word of hers) and pull your belly away from the pole. Let your knees go and so your feet are hovering near the pole. My way of saying it is, you look like a greater than/less than sign.
As you gain confidence you can go into the splits.

This won’t help you get into it, but will help you have the strength and confidence to do the move
    hope it helps

One thing that helped me with the caterpillar was the sequence of the moves. Push out with your arms first like you are doing a push up, then push your hips to the ceiling. I was skipping that first step. Maybe just try that for a while push away from the pole with your hands, then start working on the hip part.
    maybe that will help. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif

I would be a minimum to medium coverage girl. But here’s my think. I have a smaller booty. I wish it were rounder, I work on it. . . you know but it’s just not that round. So I would like a short that is smaller in the back. I always feel like I should roll the top down in the back one roll or so. Maybe I’m the only one, but I’d like a short designed for the baby’s got less back girls. Maybe that could be your various sizes. Baby’s got back, less back and more back https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif
Good luck to you. I admire your pursuit of your dreams

Yes that’s the move. But it was another video that had several variations of it in a row. Different leg positions, different entrance moves (tinkerbell). But I loved watching this dance. I hadn’t seen it before. Very beautiful and somehow haunting.
    thank you
