    Hello everyone,

I was about to post a tread about this DVD "Slink, Slide and Melt" and found that it has been already posted. I can't find this DVD anywhere, neither on Amazon, nor on the urbanfertilitydancer.com.

I am curious to know if you were satisfied with this DVD. Do you think there is any added value in this DVD, comparing to the available lessons on SV and in Alethea's DVDs?

Eventually, I would be interested in purchasing it if you wish to get rid of it.

Thank you for posting this topic!!!

I've always had very low iron and know very well the feelings described by https://www.studioveena.com/users/view/bc83d286-d89d-11df-ab19-12313b090e12 . It's horrible. I want to do things but the body and the energy do not follow… In addition, I do not eat meat, and it took me time to realize that if I don't take my iron supplements everyday, I won't be able to face my days… I've been taking FE-ZYME for already 2 years, and am quite happy with it.  It is very natural with no chemical additives.

    http://www.vitamins4you.com/product-detail.asp?name=1703

On the other hand, I've read in many articles that it's quite typical for people who do sport, high cardio workout, and even hiking high in the mountains, they have iron unsufficiency…. My hiking experience confirmed that.

It's normal to have these symptoms around the period days every month. You can also drink juice of beetroot during the period days.

Another natural source of iron is to drink tea with nettles. You can find it any shop selling herbs.

It's good also to wash, do hair mask for those who lose their hair…

"The body needs iron, http://www.netdoctor.co.uk/health_advice/facts/vitamins_which.htm and http://www.netdoctor.co.uk/diseases/facts/anaemiafolicacid.htm (one of the B group of vitamins) to produce more red blood cells. If there is a lack of one or more of these nutrients, anaemia will develop."

I did not know about the Carnation breakfast, I might give it a try…

As for the Iron from Vitanica, it contains "aspartate", which for me is related to aspartame. I might be wrong, but in your place I would be very cautious about this as the aspartame is known to be highly neurotoxic for the brain and in general for the body. Here I post some links for your information.

A lot of good advices have been already provided. I've been suffering from asthma for more than 35 years, since the age of 4-6 with a lot of food allergy and eczema. When I was young, the doctors also prescribed the cortizone and even vaccins, but nothing worked. One of the doctors said to me that even if I go abroad I will never be healed. I can tell this traumatized me, but I never gave up!!! The vaccins are known to cause cancers and neurological diseases. What helped me a lot is to change my diet: no diary, no gluten, no meat (except fish). I also used the homeopathy remedies, but you need to be followed by a specialist on this.

And I've also fasted a lot: real fasting – only with water…., but you can also use fruit diet (like 5-10 days only on apples, or cherries, or grapes)… The main problem witht the eczema are the toxins which are trying to get out through the skin. The skin is one of the 5 main organs through which the body eliminates the toxines. The liver has to be detoxified!!! This can be done by taking each morning before eating: 1 spoon (big) with olive oil & 1 spoon with lemon juice. Mix them and drink it for a period of 3 weeks, then break for 1 week and continue for long time… There are also other natural products that you can find in the bio shops, which can drain the liver and even the 5 organs.

example: I had a very strong allergy to mushrooms. Once I detoxified my body with the fasting and the homepathy, now I can eat mushrooms with no reaction….

The bowel movements should be regular, at least once a day, otherwise the toxines go in the blood and then they try to get out through the skin….

I am also very careful about the cosmetics I use (no paraben, no methyl etc….).

And for the asthma, it's a good idea to explore your relationships (mother, father or close onces). In my case, I went to a holistic doctor who works with the energy and helped me to release the blockages. I had a very difficult relationship with my mother: she was overprotecting, controlling and manipulative person. I was literarly suffocating (asthma)…. I had to put a huge distance between us to escape from her influence: like leaving the country and be at more than 3000 km away from her… it's a question of survival…

Today, I can say that, yes leaving abroad healed me!  I've also learned that you should not allow anybody, even the doctors, to define you, your state and mind!!! I am not the only example in this respect!!

I don't say that you should move in another country, but putting healthy distance or cutting the links with negative and draining persons helps a lot!!!

Interesting question and I am curious what would come out as feedback.

Since 2 weeks, I am taking Silicium in liquid. According to what I've read, the treatment should be at least 90 days.

I think there might be 2-3 options. These products are also helpful for any post trauma/injury!

    Silicium G5

What is Silicium G5 Liquid Siliplant?

It is a drinkable version of organic silica which is essential for healthy connective tissue and the skin. It keeps the body energetic and young !

    Key Benefits

Helps keep joints, muscles, hair and nails healthy

    Supports collagen production – anti-wrinkle

    Protects against free radicals

In 1994, the first drinkable organic silica was obtained by Dr Loic Le Ribault and is now produced in Spain. As we get older the natural silica present in our bodies drops and needs to be replenished regularly to maintain the body’s natural functions.

Silica is an active ingredient which helps support general health. It is well known to be used for the regeneration of the skin and soft tissues, especially collagen and elastin. It is widely used in many cosmetic and anti-ageing fields.

Deficiency of certain minerals and vitamins may lead to premature joint problems. Silica promotes the deposit of calcium in the bones and helps produce natural bone remineralisation.

It is especially essential for athletes, convalescents, people suffering from tiredness and the elderly. The Silicium G5 liquid Siliplant uses only plant based organic silica for the best results !

Silica, in the human body, is found in the cartilage, the ligaments, tendons and also on the walls of the blood vessels.

It supports the production of collagen and so it plays an important role in maintaining the elasticity of the skin and blood vessels.

It has a natural and pleasant taste, with vegetable notes. No bitter aftertaste.

    3) GLUCOSAMINE

Feel free to explore and experiment.

I completely agree with Corby. I am poling since January and in April I've decided to join the choreography classes to perform in stage beg June with another 5 polers (group performance – not a competition). For me it was not easy at all, knowing that I don't have any dance background, struggled with the musicality and follow the group. The other polers were working on the choreography since last September and I had to catch up if I wanted to participate. My approach was to listen to the music and break down the words, the rythm and associate them with the moves. At the begining I was afraid not to have time to be on time with the group which made my moves very rushed and cold,  but then I realised that I really did have time to do it well and smoothly. Before sleeping, I've also used a lot the visualisation, to rehearse the whole dance (+/-4m30). From the practice and the visualiation, I get the confidence that I can do it well. The repetitions in group also helped me a lot to be "in" the music, "in" the choreography and the result was great. I definately prefer to dance on choreography, but so far it's not my strongest point to create my own piece.

Good luck for the next performances/competitions!

My experience is that I had 6 months classes in a studio and for some reasons I decided to give up the classes and continue at home with the Studio Veena lessons. The classes helped me with having the basic moves, spins, the inversions to feel safe, which makes it easier to continue on my own without a spotter. The lessons here are just fantastic, well presented, explained and structured. The best lessons I could dream about! I find that I progress even quicker with the SV as I can do it at home whenever I want without loosing time to commute to the studio. It is one of my best investments:-)
