wow i deal with this exact same thing..my anxiety leads into an anxiety attack..which feels wat i would think a heart attack would feel like but im 23 so there is no way but i leared to try and stop thinking about things by listening to mellow music,close your eyes and jus breath,,or jus lose yourself in somthing you love..hope that helps a lil..

As of right now its okay…still very slippery..ive tried warming the room up.ect..i really dont want to do any grip aids…so i really dont know if its the pole or me….imma just save for my x pole…i didnt want my husband to think i didnt apperciate it.because i really did/do but the pole is already messing up..but he had heard me talk about how peek a boo poles were bad..but im going to keep trying and see if i can do a few lil things..ill keep u guyz posted…ps im gettin a video camra for xmas so videos soon to come…yay https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_santa.gif

Yeah kendra pole is an x pole. Veenas August news letter with Xpole Us were talking about it…it just doesnt spin.there are a few on ebay that are 249.99 with free shipping that have really good feedback.. I wanted to get one but i want somthing with spinning. Thank You PinkPr1ncess,georgiamarie,and sissybuns, I finally got my husband to sit here and see what pole dancing really is.
