I m having that problem too. A week ago I tried so hard to get this move and i repeated it like 20 times.. after a while a noticed that I hurt my boobs and got red marks on it. But I think my nails were just too long , that might not have happend if I cut them short

I love this trick . Anastasia makes this look super easy (as it seems to be just an superman variation) but the amount off back flexibility here is easily underestimated.

I tried it and got the first part but was struggling to grab my second leg without falling off the pole. But now i m motivated to get there and increase my back flexibility
