I guess what I mean by clicky is that I’m usually a quiet person and wasn’t really there with a group because my local studio had tees made for current students who planned on going. I didn’t get one even though I had asked the owner for one. I felt like an outsider even with my local studio girls because of that. The studio I used to attend every sunday out of town to take pole classes had 4 of their students go together. Although they know me they were roomies and had their own plans. It sucks that some people are so fake and don’t feel like socializing with others outside there clicks. Are we in high school? lol. Pole stars especially are the ones that hang out with each other not with students or fans unless you know people who know people. I know most groups representing their studios were usually together and there wasn’t really too much socializing with many. I’m not saying everyone was like that. I did meet and talked to some students in workshops or whoever I was paired with on pole. I’m glad I had my hubby there for anything not pole related ;-). He did not participate in pole expo, but I might encourage him to next year.

Sierra Taye that is good to know for next year. Princess buttercup, I didn’t get a chance to see that topic about groups. I attend two different studios one in my town and one out of town so I wasn’t representing any studio. This year I have mainly practiced pole and aerial yoga at home. It was just a thought for veena members that might be on the same boat I am without a studio to represent.

It was my first time at pole expo, and definitely will be there next year. Unfortunately did not meet as many studio veena members I would have love to meet more. It was amazing to experience all that pole expo has to offer and meeting polers from around the world and pole or aerial dancers in general. I agree if studio veena members had tees made with our name tags it would be easier to remember everyone’s names and would be the largest group there. Just a thought…will be posting pics soon and hope to meet everyone at pole expo 2015 😉

I’m so excited its my 1st time at pole expo. I will be attending Steven Retchless jazz funk on fri, Nadia Sharif pure pole on Sat, and Natasha Wang on Sun at 2. I really wanted a Jenyne Butterfly, but I when I signed up for the others it wasn’t up yet. I am looking forward to meeting y’all and all my pole idols. It sure is going to be fun 😉

Monica. Is it possible to heal from a rotator cuff tear without surgery I am pending inSurance to approve the surgery so if I do it would be in April so in the meantime I’m trying to rest it as much as I can. I haven’t done anything ith my arm in almost 2 months and its still painful. I tried therapy and meds prior with no help that’s why I ask if it really heals.

No Monica. I’ve never done or heard of piloxing, but it sounds interesting. I will definitely look it up so I can try it. Thanks.
