    I have washed all of my silks and they came out fine. Mine are of tricot fabric. I was told by the factory to wash them twice on cold water. Once with washing powder and then again without.

    Worked great and they smell nice again.

    Thanks guys. As for the website yes it is mostly up and running but we are testing some new CSM program so the designer is just testing it at the moment. There will be videos up shortly I promise.

    Yes I bought all 3 level DVDs from http://www.circusaerials.com. It’s a great start but if anyone knows of anymore please let me know?

    I got certified through http://www.verticaldance.com. I did all 3 levels from beginner to advanced. Check it out on their website.

    Hi everyone. I just though I would mention as someone made a comment in an earlier thread that pole dancing is a new sport and there are no qualifications yet. In fact there are a few out there if you search and do your homework. I got my teaching qualifications through Vertical Dance based in the UK and there is also the Asian Sports Association. I believe there is ever one set up by the American sports association although it is rather expensive.

    So if it is pole qualification you are looking for then there are definitely places where you can get them even if you do not live in the area.
