Every inverted move without at least one leg gripping the pole really scares me. And I don’t know where to start. Extended butterfly? Ayesha? Any suggestions?

    Hi!

    I found the following titles:
    Thrills in High Heels
    Private Dancer
    The Exotic Dance Workout
Exotic Dance – The Irresistible Art

Wich one were you talking about? Or should I get all of them?

I too really had some issues with watching myself on video. I actually made it a goal to do all the challenges here on SV, but once I started I felt that I move like a hippotamus so I found a ton of excuses to not record them.

Well, it took my some time to realize that it’s just not possible to move like Alethea Austin since I started only a few months ago having no dancing or gymnastics background.
She probably spent a lot of time, tears and hard work until she became who she is now!

Actually, it helped a lot, finally just making the videos. Allthough it’s hard, you’ll never get the same feedback from friends or mirrors!
I recorded the April video over and over again, but I feel it helped me a lot to learn moving more gracefully.

And let me tell you another thing about wide angle lenses:
What you place in the center will appear bigger! So if this is your belly, it might look huge!
But when you place the camera close to the ground and let it look up to you, it’ll make your legs look longer!
Watch my March video, and you’ll see what I mean.

Also, putting on some high heels always boosts my confidence 😀

    Super cute!

But can someone explain to non-Americans what Cupcake War is? I have to admit, I don’t even know the difference between a cupcake and a muffin…

    Hi!

I wanted to get the Bondage Top and maybe the Iron X Top as well…
I just used a bra size converter and it says in US bra size I would wear a 34B or 32C. So I'm not shure if I should go with a small or medium? Can anyone help?

I personally love all the V-Leg-Moves: Teddy, Wrist Sit, Extended Legs Carousel. Not just because the legs look really impressively long, but also, what others might find vulgar, I find sexy.

    Also like the sexy squat.

Moves I don't like are the "Vagina Monster" and the "Dying Insect". I so agree with Runemist and Kate, these just look kinda… I don't know. Stupid, ugly, … definetely not sexy at all! From the foor, from a headstand, from any inverted figures… I just think it looks really stupid. Escecially the "walking on your butt"-variation I always think: Is she disabled in some way? Why does she do this?
If you move both legs mirrorlike and do heel claps I think it's really cool, but I guess that doesn't count as a variation, cause it's nothing about waving your hip then?

Also, I personally don't like the yogini. I can do it, I like doing it, but I don't think it's pretty and never have seen a variation I like.

I also agree with Kobajo, contortion is cool – but only a certain point. I've once seen a picture of Cleo, where you couldn't even tell if it's a human beeing and all I could think was: "Why?"

Well I wonder why she started working there. I always think it’s good to know peoples motivation before talking to them. So here are my guesses:

    1. She is jealous.
Maybe she thinks the guy started dating you because you are sexier and a dancer and she wants to prove him that she is sexier than you are

    2. She is jealous.
She hopes to see him when he brings you to work or pick you up.

    3. She is jealous.
She wants to be mean and make you feel uncomfortable because she hates you for dating her ex boyfriend.

    4. She’s broke and needs the money.

Well, yesterday I had a really bad day, felt like a looser and couldn't think of at least ONE thing I like about me. But today is better, so here's my list

    I like about me:
    – I like how I look and move in high heels (That's why I'm wearing them most of the time https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_mrgreen.gif)
    – I like my tomato-red dyed hair
    – I think my eyes are really pretty
    – My boobs have just the right size and shape
    – I'm usually guessed at least 5 years younger
    – All in all I think I'm really good looking

    Pole-related stuff:
    – I'm really proud that I'm progressing so fast! I'm working on caterpillar climb and extended butterfly after starting pole 5 months ago
    – I love that I already gained a lot of strength
    – I love that I got really hooked and can't wait to learn new stuff
    – I love that it makes me feel sexy https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_flower.gif

    Hi!
I’m from Cologne and I would love to meet you. Well we have a studio here but I don’t go there for several reasons. But my friend and I have a pole in my living room and a stage at my friend’s garden. I’ll send you a private message!

I also was very impressed how smooth (and fast!) the poles were spinning, no comparison to my home Xpert.

They also showed something they call PoleAway, so you can put up your (studio-) pole in a tiny amount of time and take it down again.
Therefore, you need the vaulted ceiling mount, a recieving unit to put onto the ceiling and a yoke unit.
For extra security, the base can come with a little pin that matches a tiny hole in the ground.

Well have you ever had / seen / felt sex toys that are made of silicone?

I think it must be the same or very similar material.
