@treepoles – is the google+ free? it sounds cool. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_geek.gif
i'm so excited for my msn video call with sarah this sunday!! it will be my first time trying anything like this, so i'm kind of nervous! (not used to anyone seeing me practice, with all of my huffing/puffing/sweating/pole wiping!) https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif

i just ordered angel's home study course! it seems very thorough, with lots of anatomy and safety lessons, and – you receive a certification upon completion.
i was going to do vertical dance's (k.t. coates), but when i translated dollars to pounds, it was more expensive than i thought. plus, it is an "online" course, so everything has to be accessed through the internet.
the other program i really like is empyrean's ETED online instructor training (i plan to do it once i have completed angel's). it is also more like a home study course, with manuals and videos provided, and is excellent!
i'm just mentioning these home courses, because they are pretty affordable considering you don't have the additional expense of travel/hotels, etc. added in to the cost.

@sensualscimitar – in your case, it totally makes sense. i mean, if none of those other treatments worked for you – you need a SERIOUS muscle relaxer. and that's what botox does, right? how is it working out?
i know how you feel about last resorts. i tried every imaginable remedy for my insomnia (even shamanic healing, lol) – and nothing worked. had to go with western medicine.

@ organic angel – it sounds like the future of agriculture (body-culture?). going to get your fat harvested and then re-planted!
@ veena – thanks! LOL now look what you have started https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif
@sensualscimitar – i will never get botox! too freaky for me. glad your neck is ok! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_surprised.gif
@runemist – i like your philosophy! nope, not in love anymore… time to say goodbye..
xoxoxo

thanks, organic angel https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_flower.gif it's amazing what they can do now (moving fat around)! i'm really just looking at having the implants taken out. i want to keep it as simple and inexpensive as possible. i'm hoping the surgeon here is not too expensive. if he is, i will have to find someone on the mainland. i could go back to the doctor who did my aug. but she is in florida! ๐

wow, thanks ladies for all of your good advice and support! i feel kind of embarrassed now, lol ๐
@xtinalovespole – yes, a reduction is a big deal! you were brave to do it. i'm just looking at getting my implants taken out, which is alot easier! sorry to hear about your milk ducts. i'm glad it all worked out, and appreciate you sharing your story!
@ lynette, you are totally right about that!
@ emotioncatcher and ronia – it's so true about pole dancing! i wish i had discovered it when i was in my 20's or 30's. i never felt sexy before i started pole, which is probably why i went for the implants in the first place.
@organic angel – wow, thank you for sharing! you look very pretty in your photo, and i'm glad you got rid of that ex-boyfriend!
@lyme – me, too! so jealous of the small breasted girls!
@sarah – thank you for the honest opinion!! i completely agree with you about the money. that's why i just want to have the implants remove and not do anything else. even the lifts are very expensive. for that money, i could have two more poles! ๐

thanks, ladies! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_heart1.gif
@jehanne – thank you so much! i will probably wait until may though, since i'm going on vacation to visit my family on the east coast end of may/june!
@tinydancer – thank you! i have thought about it. the reason i got them in the first place was stupid. for one thing, i was living in florida (the land of boobs where girls get them while they're still in high school). and a close male friend of mine liked the idea (a boob guy), AND he had his chinese medicine practice in the same office as the plastic surgeon i went to. i had my fun with them and enjoyed all the attention when i was single and dating – but that was years ago. i'm definitely not doing it for my husband! you are right, though, it is a serious decision and i have thought it over. thank you for the compliment, though, you are very sweet https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_heart1.gif

@jag5303 – that is exactly the problem! i'm tired of my boobs falling out of my tops https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_safesex.gif it would be so nice to be upside down and not worried about it. thanks!! ๐

thanks jehanne! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_heart1.gif the surgeon here (there is really only one in hawaii) has an amazing resume (and great before & after photos), so feel pretty good about going to him. i know my boobs will be droopy afterward, because they were droopy when i was 30 (LOL) and i am now 45! as long as there is no deformity i will be happy, it will be nice to feel natural. i find small-breasted women look just as beautiful as large. so i'm just gonna think positive ๐
for any experts out there i have saline implants, 225c (about a large B) under the muscle, and i was an AA or A before (not totally flat chested).

thanks, everyone https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_flower.gif i'm looking forward to the consultation to get more info. i searched online and read about others' experiences, and it ended up being not very helpful – because some had great results, but a few others had negative ones, such as muscle deformity ๐
@cherished – that's a good point. they will have to come out eventually, right?

WOW THAT WAS THE MOST AMAZING PERFORMANCE EVER!! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_surprised.gif hopefully she will receive an apology for being denied the visa, and be able to compete in the future. maybe if enough people protest/ask for a reconsideration – it seems so unfair.
