(my pole is down atm because of having to replace the floor due to water damage from rain while we were replacing our roof). thanks again!!! 🙂

Hi https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_geek.gif  I use a kodak digital camera to record, then windows live photo gallery (to import), and windows movie maker 2.6 (an older version that has more features). from what i have heard, even a cheap digital camera will give you better quality than most webcams. good luck!! 🙂

For me, I would be most interested in advanced moves, for example what would someone who has finished all the lessons work on next, since I plan to continue this for a long time!! 🙂

lol, great advice! yep, it's stamina. i hate cardio, too. but pole can be cardio, right?? practice, practice – can't wait until i can just DANCE and not have it feel like a workout 🙂

it does sound like you need more grip with your legs (so maybe give grip aid or shaving cream a try), since you certainly have the strength for these moves. i completely agree with horsecrazy about veena's lessons. what helps is studying the lesson before practicing, not trying to do it at the same time. it's impossible to see all the little details that way. let us know how you do!! 🙂

hey felisha, if you search the forum, there are several threads on editing. you don't actually have to edit your video to post it, though. you just need to get it onto your computer. i transfer from my camera with windows live photo gallery, then use windows movie maker 2.6 to edit. if you have windows, both are free. not sure what to use on a mac (imovie?) hope this helps.
