But my problem is my pole is no longer in front of my pc (long story ..cut short) the pole studio i used to go to closed https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_sad.gif so i decided to convert my garage so me & a few of the other girls could still get together https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cheers.gif & i've no internet in my garage & the memory of a goldfish so i sit here & watch loads of good stuff & then get out there & remember NOTHING LOL!!! I'm the kinda person that REALLY needs instruction & explanation & to be able to play something over & over until it gets into my thick skull!!

Thanks everyone https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif I haven't had much time to be on here as we were busy painting & constructing…well….hubby constructed & I painted LOL!!! We've ended up with roughly 6ft between all poles, it was the best that could be done & as Cocoa rightly said we'll MAKE it work!! And we've all got far more room than we had in the actual studio so everyone is pleased. I had a nasty collision once with an outta control girl beside me once, both of us were doing reverse attitude grabs & she had on BIG boots & near took the shin off me…OUCH!!

So now i'm looking at dvd's that i can take out to le garage & i was actually just checking out yours LiveOnce!! Do you ship to the UK? I'm looking for a good all round dvd, warm up,stretching, cool down. Transitions, floorwork & routines & moves well explained. @webmaster. I’ve talked with you before about not being able to view the lessons on my HTC Wildfire, but I’ve since discovered that I can watch some of veena’s youtube videos via my android youtube app, some play & some say sorry this video cannot be played, which is the same msg i get with the lessons? Just wondering if you can shed any light on why that would be? 🙂

Was just talking with the HTC support & they say that to watch online videos u need adobe flash & that's not available for the Wildfire 🙁
