hi i’m 51 and started poling aged 49. now i am TEACHING pole at the studio i go to so don’t lurk get out there and take pride in what you are doing and ENJOY. 50 IS A NUMBER NOT A TIME LIMIT. welcome to the world of pole xx

I WROTE AN ARTICLE FOR POLE TO POLE MAGAZINE. AS A QUALIFIED COUNSELLOR I STATED THAT I THOUGHT POLE DANCING SHOULD BE ON PRESCRIPTION. I TOO HAVE HAD DEPRESSION, STILL HAVE BOUTS AND YES POLE DOES HELP. THE EXCERCISE, THE ACHEIVMENTS AND THE POLE COMMUNITY.

i have voted. you are bloody brilliant. no way do you look 47. i started at 49, wished i looked as good, now aged 51 and still poling but not to your standard. age is but a number. good luck. xx

hey i’m from the uk too. wigan in the north of england. veena does brill on line classes you may want to try out. also chat on friday nights you can join in and ask questions or watch some of the members trying out moves. its a great site and am sure you gonna enjoy it.
