I get what looks like bruises on my temples, and some spots on my forehead. Frustrating! It only started happening after a session practicing elbow stands, but now it happens more often in any inverted position. Mostly the advice I've gotten is just to breathe, but it doesn't always seem to help…

My dog makes the odd appearance, when I open the door for him. Hubby is mostly in another room, but in some videos (none posted) he's saying something utterly romantic like "Are the dishes in the dishwasher clean?"  😉

I've used a Diva cup for years and have probably saved hundreds of dollars not buying other products! Also, I feel better knowing I'm not putting all those used pads/tampons in the trash and filling up landfills. 🙂

My parent's wedding present to myself and my husband was an x-pole! 🙂 They knew I was going to buy one anyway, but it was also conveniently around when we got married. So yeah… they're both cool with it!
