Yep i notice that sometime the chat get more quiet for a while. Last week with the event in Detroit a lot of girls were missing. But if i don,t work i usually spend a big part of the day in chat on friday…maybe too much lol
As for bendy buddies i stop it because i was always alone there, but if someone want to stretch once in a while let me know https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_wink.gif

Stretching and keep working on it even when you don't get it. Listening to myself when a little voice was saying…bad idea!!! Painful lesson lol.
And i wish that the first time i saw someone poling on tv, i didn't tell myself that since i was not a stripper i could never try it. I should have look to find a pole and learn it anyway https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_wink.gif

So many good reason to wear them lol
I use them when i want to work a lot on some spins, ever had that feeling that with friction you will miss some skin. Or when you want to do floowork and need some comfy for knee and help slidding on the floor. You can also wear them when you want to work on your dancing without the temptation to climb the pole. And just because they look hot and make you feel good https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif

When i do practice (not often, lazy me) I work on straight edge, aysha (split grip) can only do it from half handspring which i'm still working on. Trying a bunch of new combo. Oh and i need to relearn the SM because i'm doing it the wrong way lol mixing hands but need to learn it the good way with extended arm…in hope i can get sm to superman, someday. Anyone who want to kick my ass in a skype session is welcome lol

I agree with the girls, maybe a little bit information. Go take a look on other website you might get a few clue on what you could add on yours…good luck!

Oh we're a bunch of gross girls here lol. I don't wash my hair more than 2 a week. But i'm the lucky girl who have hair that grow soooo fast, unfortunatly i'm also lazy on duying them. Since i do it only 3-4 a years, i end up with almost 2 inches roots showing. I really need to do something with them right now, bacause the red fade away a long time ago lol
So all that to say : i hear you my girls with should have a hair make over https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif

Thank you girls
If you see anything that could be more clear or have suggestions about the website let me know. This is the first time i ever did something like that so i might have to ajust some things.
@Lovesit, i didn't even know that ''too much pole stuff'' expression exist in poler language lol. I have so many new designs coming i'm sure you find a reason to get one more https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_mrgreen.gif
@Thanks HotelChick i already answer https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_wink.gif

Seem to me that you have some of the answer in your question. A good position will reduce the pain, because you rely on muscle to hold you and not just the skin sticking to the pole…but it hurt at first lol. Good luckhttps://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_wink.gif

So sorry, at least now you're not left with questions about who could have done it. Dance has much as you need, it really help me when emotions are overwhelming *hug

I don't have tip for stretching, hope the other girls will have share to some. But i find more easy to do crescent (bridge) from an advanced plank. Just slide your hand down the pole it will be more easy than trying to catch your pole from over your head. And of course the more you work it the more flexy you'll get https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_wink.gif
