Never been to a studio, not sure how i would fit in a class anyway. I only had Veena's lessons and so far i'm really happy with it. After 2 years and being pretty adavanced i feel confortable to figure some moves by myself.

One thing for sure, you can't go wrong with the lessons here. Hope the others girls have tips for you 🙂

Been dealing with depression forever, in fact i was planning my suicide (again) just a weeks before i got my pole. My life change in just a few days, for the better and everybody notice it. I only had one small episode in over 2 years and the girls here have been so helpful and supportive that i was back on my feet after a few days. This is my off switch when i need to shut my brain down and if i need to get some emotions out.

I have always been into hair band but i love more recent rock and metal band. Most of them i can dance to, you have to choose the good song and learn to pick the beat that is more easy to follow in it. You can go with the lyric or another beat in it, listen carefully the next time and you see it's not that bad.

I would love to dance as fast and crazy as Cleo but honestly that girl have so much energy i don't think it would be possible. It was kind of hard to follow her on her Cherry Pie routine.
