Many tread with that subject have been start but i never get tired to read the stories of all those incredibly stong woman.
In my case, i've been living with depression for most of my life, going from ok to suicidal thoughts every 3-4 months for over 15 years. My bf notice the change less than 3 weeks after i got my pole and i have to say that i had only 1 small episode in 2 years. And at that moment i had so much support from the veeners here that it give me a huge boost.https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif
In another area, i will finally go back to school after years of waiting to do it…pole got me into business and i need my accounting class to work it

For the last 4 years i have work part time for a business where i do a bunch of things from warehouse, to assembling electronic board (tiny pieces handle with twizer) The rest of the time i'm at home with my boys (5 and 8)
In the last year i also start my ''little business'' Tigg's Collection and hand painted pole clothes. I plan on going back to school in fall to learn accounting and help me. And in the case it don't work i will be able to get a real job.

Don't worry Tali a lot of girl use that, i just can't deal with the smell. Personnaly i use rubbing alcool or vinaige/water mix and it work really well.

Just go an idea to keep me motivate to make more execise. For each 15 minutes of excercises/ pole/ stretching/ other, i will give myself 1 kilometer (or you can pick a mile). And i we see how far i can go or in how long can i reach to another veener or better to Veena's place https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif
A little bit like a airmiles system but without the chance to travel in real, to bad lol

As a mom i have the bad habit to finish my boys plates, it's not good but i do it. Anyway i just looove to eat. I haven't pole much in the last few months but i'm hoping to be back on track.

Mine is Tigg's Collection, i hand painted clothing but mostly pole clothes. You can have your personnalized piece done or buy one of my designs. Just like on a car it's the first scratch that brake you heart…after you're just piss. I manage to do small dents on mine but as long as the chrome don't flake i'm all good with it. And i must resist the urge of jumping on it for a spin when i wear my rings too lol
