Thank you so so much!! This really helped me a lot I really appreciate it! Sorry about the delay I was on the road traveling. This makes much better sense to me and I can definently do that. I think it will help me a lot!

Monday 30mim cardio (walk, run, bike, swim whatever) then Veenas flexibility front splits
Tuesday 1.5hr pole, veenas lower body strength, conditioning, with tricks training somewhere in the middle.
Wednesday 30min cardio, back flexibility routine
Thursday 1.5 hr pole, veenas chest and back strength and conditioning, tricks.
Friday 30min cardio, middle splits flexy training
Saturday 2-3hr pole, abs and shoulders routine. Sometimes I also do the full body strength routine too. Sunday I take off and walk, yoga, relax.
I linked the strength training to the flexibility training after veenas 30 days of flexy I think it really helps.
Hope we all get inspired by sharing workouts! -
Happy happy birthday!!

Good luck! I’ve also had to take a forced break, my jobs hours have gone up and I seem to come home so exhausted at night it’s hard to get the energy to do anything, much less work out! I have really loved having the warm ups and stretches on here which I can get to two or three days a week but would love to really be able to pole! This was very encouraging for me since I would really like to get back to it, hopefully in the next month.

I have the exact same problem, hyperhidrosis of the hands and feet, there are days I can’t even do a fireman without just falling off the pole! I love tightgrip2 and prince grip, the combo has worked well for me but lately I have started using Driclor. It’s a strong anti-persperant with aluminum chloride in it that blocks sweat glands. You put it on at night for a couple weeks and wash it off in the morning. I was a bit nervous about it at first but it has been amazing!! My grip is so much better! I most likely wouldn’t use it in a hot climate but it’s pretty cold where I am. I hope you find something that works!

Wow you got back to me really quickly! Thanks! I think I will start the 30 days to fly program with my own freestyle and see how it works. I feel like my studio really moves us much more quickly than you do, I’m excited to see what I can gain with much more in depth explanations and strength training. I’m so glad I found your site!
