It should be called the Tit Smash
    Or the Booby Batterer
    Or the Pec Wreck
    Or the Nip Crip.

Anything but the Flag: you can SO tell a man invented it

He cut my head off in all 4 pics! Except one – the only one where I’m actually straight and toes together – and shot straight head to camera so you can’t see a damn thing argh.
    Oh well lol.

Canadian ladies, it was Canada Day the other day…hope you had a blast.

    Happy 4th July!

    Have I missed the vids/posts/pics?
I am going to ask my husband to photo mine when he gets back from work. Monday is a national holiday here so that will be my excuse 😉 (although I am British not Caymanian)

Well I sneaked in a cradle attempt at studio tonight: dear God, I looked awful trying to thread leg, drooping bum and flailing so clearly need to try harder with that. I think gemini and flip is best option so far but it is THE most ungraceful awful looking thing; can’t see how to ever freestyle it into a smooth flow.

Forgot about that vid. Thanks. The most success has been from aerial invert/gemini/ flip. If am close to ground I run out of room to drop and to use lower hand. The hip flip tip is great!

I think you can spin in from cradle too? Is that easy or hard in your opinion?

Ooh that’s a good idea: will try from Jasmine/shooting star. That’s another move tbh that is a bit messy, can’t get a straight line on it. Because my shoulders and hips are hypermobile I can have my arms and chest open, and still have my bum sticking out.
