SORRY HIT THE ENTER BUTTON FAR TOO EARLY..
Has anyone from the Uk order the be spun dvds, I WOULD LIKE THE STRETCHING AND CONDITIONING ONES BUT NOT SURE IF THEY WILL WORK IN THE UK, THERE IS NO MENTION OF WHAT REGION DVDS THEY ARE..

My partner is in Iraq…
Unfortunately I can't get a care package to him But I used to send him, Books. toiletries.. Sweets (no chocolate) due to the heat! lol! Letters from his daughter, photos, Books. Magazines. Cds..
Anything he needed I would send him , For a woman, try think what you would like.. Def toiletries, face moisterisers , mags, sweets ..
Lovely Idea, we should all take time to do one care package and send it to Iraq of Afghanistan..

The plaster board is attached to something… what about getting a plank of wood and putting that on the ceiling as extra support.

BEAUTIFUL FREAK..I was exactly the same my knuckles were raw.. Everywhere I knocked sounded the same, I could hear no different around the whole room. I went up in the attic and tried to find a joist.. It was a guessing game for me.. I was determined to get that pole up, so I put it up, Its been fine..
Could you go up in to the attic and try find a joist or beam and get someone in the room below to listen where you knock from the attic??

I now how you feel, I have had 5 children, 7 pregnancies and this is the one area I hate… The thought of getting my belly out for dancing freaks me out, would love nothing more than to feel confident and for once in my life show off a lovely tummy, I started young, had my 1st child at 17..
Would love a tummy tuck.. but on saying that if someone said here you go, there is the money go get a tummy tuck. I dont know if I could. You hear so many horror stories about it, there was a girl on this site who recently had a tummy tuck..

I wont even get undressed in front of my partner of 7 years or let him see my belly… summer in terrible for me..
hide myself on a beach, and will not let my man see me.. Im not really bothered what others think of it, its how I feel about it… I hate it..
