No probs with me x pole and if you were in the uk I would consider buying it from you, Im thinking of selling my static to get a staic/spin pole.. will need to upgrade in the long run anyhow

I am going to my doctor on Monday, he may send me to see someone to get it sorted, I would have thought after 3 weeks of rest it would have healed, kinda kicking myself for having a little pole play the other day, As its come back with a vengeance , I had a sleepless night with the pain, I cant move with it, so painful to just move my left side at all..
Anyway Hoping the doctors can give me something or stronger pain killers

Its just so frustrating, I cant even hold the pole to dance, on top of that I have hurt my wrist on the same side, so the left side of me just feels useless
I HAD BEEN DOING STRENGTH AND STRETCH BUT HAD MISSED DAYS, I CANT SEEM TO GET MYSELF INTO A ROUTINE AS SUCH,,
I think for a few weeks I am going to work on strength and stretch and work on my ab muscles as they are just no where to be found!! lol!
My new pleasers came too and am dying to try them out ;0(

WOW I have never seen bruises like those on that facebook page… THEY ALL SEEM VERY PROUD TO BE BRUISED THROUGH POLING. Makes mine look tiny.. sorry about caps locks there..

I too struggle with this. The searing ripping burnig pain between your legs ..ouch! I have been trying to do the Inverted Crucifix and I cant do it because of the pain, today the insides of my legs are bruised quite badly.. but kinda proud of them..hee hee
People tell me you will get past this stage , I know its seems impossible to think, So keep going with it..

Watched it today, its just the holding myself up there that im struggling with. so many bruises after today. Will have to have more time off for these bruises and pain to fade before attempting again..
I know you have to squeeze with your legs to hold yourself up. Its just so painful.Is it meant to hurt that much?

I did come across a few sites that sold in the uk.. I did look on Ebay but they did not have the ones I wanted, Amazon had some but were more expensive..

Even more confused now, some say bigger some say smaller and some say they are true to size, I just ordered some in a 6 1/2 so fingers crossed they will fit.. cant wait for the postman to deliver them.. My first pair of Pole shoes.. I went for Pleaser Allure 609 clear platform and black top…
So may gorgeous shoes. really want a red pair too.. I can see a shoe obsession happening quite quick her..lol!
