I do both classes and pole at home but leave the new tricks for class and tend to work on flow and tidying up my tricks at home. Whenever I did feel I needed the extra support I’ve used my sofa cushions but found these go be too thick. A couple of months ago I feel if my home pole (because I didn’t tighten enough) and since then I’ve been a little hesitant to pole at home. Was hoping a mat would minimise my anxieties

Possibly. I don’t usually train in heels but I would like to able to. So for a little while I would like the mat there.

I find that dry hands often needs topping up but I’ve found another that works wonders. I only need a tiny bit,it lastsfor ages, it’s cheaper than dry hands and you get more. I’ve put the link below. I also have quite sweaty thighs so I use little bit of tite grip in that area about half hour before class and I find that I rarely need to use grip on my thighs at all now. I have dry hands so don’t get enough grip and sweaty thighshutifindthat my current grip solves both issues.
