Yes, that can be done from your profile. Click on your username, then in the drop down select account.

We no longer have an app. We discontinued the app over 5 years ago. The website is fully mobile so there is no need for an app.

You should have received and email explaining what was going on. Our payment processing system started blocking all payments because of the volume of sales we were experiencing. It’s been resolved and shouldn’t be an issue in the future.

The 30-day flexibility program https://www.studioveena.com/categories/30-day-flexy/ would be a good place to start. If you do have access to cleo’s stuff, it’s a good idea to use that too. I’m not familiar with her content, but I’m guessing it’s great.
I just tried the search and put in Hamstrings and filtered for tutorials and it came up with 11 stretches and foam roller tutorials! I’ll try sharing the search results https://www.studioveena.com/?s=hamstrings&bp_search=1&view=content

I’m glad you’re enjoying the new website. We no longer offer video uploads, but you’re aways welcome to share video links. Really, most people already use another video platform, but the link sharing on here should work great.

Hi Gail, that’s great you’re getting back into pole from the start.
For rest days when doing multiple programs, you’ll want to follow my suggestions for a full rest whenever I suggest this on any program that is more focused on strength building. Here are the programs that would fall into that catigory.
30 day take off
All levels programs
invert
caterpillar
ayesha,
shoulder mount. My other programs, spin pole, heels, flow, flexibility can be more flexible as they’re not as intense.
So if I schedule an active rest day, it’s ok to do any of the these on an active rest day, as long as you listen to your body.Something else to know is that all of my programs are guidelines and you can change things as needed. They’re meant to accommodate a wide range of people. Swap out any tutorials for easier or more challenging ones, add rest days, or skip rest days, change the warm up I suggest to one you like more. The programs are meant for busy people, without a background in dance or fitness. That means that someone with more physical activity experience may want to add to any program.
If you want to explore creating your own program with my tutorials, in every description you’ll find set and rep suggestions on each individual exercise, stretch or strength routine. Oh, you’ll also see a list of muscle groups used in most pole tricks and exercises so you can cross reference for your own planning!
Does that help?

A video would be super helpful, You can either directly upload to your profile and copy and paste the link in this thread or upload a video on FB YT IG anyplace you can get a link from and copy and paste it here as well.
From what you wrote. It sounds like you might just be trying to move into the sit too quickly. Have you watched my tutorial for the Pole Sit? https://www.studioveena.com/lessons/view/5e73a77a-82b0-46ef-bf20-3d16ac110005
If you’re having trouble trying to keep the legs straight, you can do the same thing but with the knees bent. All poles spin very differently, some you need more sweep of the leg and others almost nothing. Again seeing you attempted it would be very helpful.
Here’s another video that might be helpful https://www.studioveena.com/lessons/view/60d26886-1dd4-40c1-8aa5-1f3fac110005
