Yay, we’ve got this! I really wanted to do something fun for Feb. I got to thinking and remembered trying to do this as a challenge on IG a few yrs ago but a lot of ppl didn’t see it. IG had just started to suppress videos that they felt were too sexy. So I’m happy to use them here now!

We even talked on the phone years ago 😊💜 It’s been 9 days since I’ve worked out again. Was making headway and life got busy and we had sickness go through the family. Maybe this week I can get back to it.
It’s so funny how the mind remembers but the body is like “you want me to do what?” 😂

HI! Heels are so much fun! You can use the toe box to pivot around for all kinds of transitions!
Here are a few things that will help you get started. Hopefully someone else will share their ideas or links too.

I’ve not experienced this before, hopefully someone will have some insight. The best thing is to talk with a physical therapist then I’d suggest approaching pole as a beginner. Once you’re feeling strong enough move on.
