It’s up!!!!!! I’ll officially announce it this weekend but I wanted to let you all know first! Lol not a program for splits. I’ve split the program into 14 day for Beginners and 30 for adv. I should’ve been more clear 😉

I’m getting closer! I’ve turned it into a split program, it’s 14 days long for beginners and 30 days for anyone who is advanced level. I’m trying hard to accommodate all skill levels because some will want to learn that are totally new to pole and others might have been poling for years.

Not really. They’re great for ppl who have super sweaty hands and antiperspirant grip aids don’t work for them.

Hmmm I don’t know what would cause the joint to not go all the way in, other than making sure it’s closed all the way (which you did) Did you try swapping it around with the other joint?

If you’re going really slow on spin you’ll get a back and forth action with a lot of moves. You can always post a video if you want me to see what’s going on.
