They will help a lot. However, if you always have sweaty hands then finding an antiperspirant grip aid will be important as well. All of these will help prevent common overuse injuries as well.

I do take requests, it may take some time to get to them all.
For that move it looks like the side pole hold is the key to control.

There are lots of options! Try using the 30 day take off and swapping out some of the listed routines or moves to customize it.
If you’d like a more complete custom program send me an email veena@studioveena.com and we can set up a one on one.

Welcome! It does get better, but it will take some time and its different for everyone. Also some moves never bother my skin much, others, yikes! One thing I tell new dancers is limit your attempts 10 tries. This helps with bruising and pole burn. Try some aloe after as well.

I bet most of us are a little more sensitive during this social distancing. Maybe he’ll start to see that pole really can make you stronger xoxox

Thanks guys 🥰. I don’t think it’s even the flu….there’s some personal stress going on so it’s probably just that. I’m feeling much better today. Hoping to film more lesson tomorrow!!!!

UGH, I’ve not been feeling well for the last 3 days. It’s nothing horrible but I’m super tired, shaky and weak. Maybe I’ve got the Rona but IDK. I did manage to do a Live lesson this morning but now I’m beat. I haven’t done anything more than walk the dogs for 6 days.
How’s everyone else doing?

Yes, I agree with Quancutie about NOT doing the keto diet and as Colleen said any other fade diet. Unless a dr has put you on keto don’t, the way it’s presented to the general public it’s just another fade and can be problematic health wise.
To echo what Colleen said….Eat LOTS of Veggies, some fruit, remember they have sugars, but bananas are great for recovery from pole. Enjoy whole grains, meat and diary. But there’s no need to do fat free foods as they often add more SUGAR and other garbage! Move more! XOXOX

Since both my husband and I WFH it’s just as busy for us, if not more…Wish I had free time!
What are you doing during this strange time Quancutie23?

Welcome! I know there are many that transition! I went the other way but rarely use my hammock or lyra, just not enough time. But they are very much interchangeable which is great. Even with your background in aerial still check out the beginner lessons, this will help you understand terminology and how I structure my lessons. The strength and conditioning section is totally something you can you for aerial as well.
