I’m sorry to hear about your dad! Hugs to you…💜
I worked out yesterday, did some upper body strength training and little pole…but not today.

Hi! If you’re new the how my lessons work (they’re free until the end of March) you will see under each lesson there is a group of other videos. Those are related lessons. Those lessons listed below the main video will show you things you should be working on to achieve the move!
So just know that the other videos you see below are not random, they’re meant to offer ways to help you achieve the move shown on the main video. ðŸ˜

Not sure if it will help, but for me, sometimes the best way to start healing mentally and physically is to embrace the new body or life situation. Your body gave life, that’s incredible. You can invert and do splits that’s AMAZING! Most women would look at you and be in total awe! Letting go of something you perceive as a negative experience can be very difficult but moving past it (at least in my experience) is worth it.
Focus on the great things you can do, avoid comparing your birth experience or life for that matter, to others. That’s when we really get in a pickle. The longer we compare and hold on to the anger or frustration the less energy we will have to heal and enjoy this very short life 🙂
I hope you feel better and you are NOT alone! xoxox

Oh, I Love mine. It was a surprise gift from my husband last year and it’s been really nice.

I have one! That’s a good mommy question. It not super easy to lift and unlock. You lift then turn while having to hold it up, holding it up takes some strength of the hand as it automatically wants to push back down before you twist. I’m not sure a toddler could lift and twist with the dexterity needed. It took me a bit to work it out hahahaha
My kids are all to old to test it on!

Ashi I hope you stay healthy and can find the time! Strangefox, I think time off can help. Absents makes the heart grow fonder.
I haven’t had a good workout for over a week now. I was doing so well….oh life how you get in the way of my goals!!

In fact back in the day we would get comments here to sand your pole. Though I’m guessing it was more for stainless steel as that and brass were the main finish when pole first became popular. I would not sand a chrome pole.
