Have you tried Chinese Ear Candles?? I was having problems with me ears recently and I bought the Ear Candles and my ears are great now!!! I was hearing buzzing and what Derm called ‘imaginary’ sounds and the ear candles cleared it right up. Its amazing how they work, I was baffled! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gifEar candles….haha I have a really funny picture going on in my head right now. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_viking.gif I know, I know, its a viking, but just pretend its ear candles hehe. Where do you get them?

Welcome!! What are you hoping to do with your pole dancing? This will help you decide on what size to get. If you only plan on poling at home the 45mm is great. BUT if you have the tiniest feeling that you might want to take a pole class, compete or dance in a club then go with the 50mm If you live in the US. 50mm is standard here in America and I think Canada too, but I’m not sure. If you learn on a larger size you can dance on any size pole with no problem, its much more difficult to switch from small to large. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif

I totally know what your talking about foxy!! I have that problem too, didn’t know there was a name though. Mine seems to be related to my sinuses, so allergies and getting over a cold causes it for me. Yes it is annoying at night!! But it doesn’t seem to affect my hearing. Maybe you could try playing some kind of relaxing sound CD? https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_salut.gif

I’ll ask webmaster if he changed it.

Garlic is a natural antibiotic and kills off the bad bugs.
It really does work for yeast!!! I struggled with yeast infections with my last two pregnancy’s but didn’t want to use medications. My midwifes told me to try garlic cloves and yep it worked. But be warned you will smell like garlic, you might taste it in your mouth too. Seems to permeate though out your mucus membranes or something. Its wasn’t a problem for me, because I cook with garlic allll the time anyway. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cheers.gifwe’re all her for you glitter…Men just have it dandy don’t they… all you ever hear them complain about is jock itch https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_geek.gif

I’m not terribly familiar with STD and bleeding but I do think you should NOT use a tampon. Never use them for anything else, only periods. Other than that I have no advise https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_scratch.gif I can’t believe you couldn’t get into the Dr sooner, are you feeling any better? Take care of yourself *hugs*

If you ever want to compete or dance in a club in the US then stick with a 50mm (2in) it is the standard here. If you learn on a 45mm skinny pole moving to a larger pole will suck big time!! I have both in my home and if I stop using my 50 for a few weeks I really notice how poor my grip is when I go back on the 50. If you just want to pole for health and fun at home then 45s are great! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_flower.gif

I thought your dance was beautiful, and you weren’t hurting anyone, if they don’t like it they can stop watching! It was just you expressing yourself and THAT its welcomed here!!….no need for an apology. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_wink.gif

Welcome https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cheers.gif Climbing and pole sits can be really difficult at first. If your trying to do spins please make sure you are holding your shoulders back and down. This will keep your shoulders safe and prevent you from just hanging from your arms. If you haven’t taken any classes I would really recommend it, Its best to learn proper form so you don’t injure you self…..then you couldn’t pole https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cry.gif I have lessons on Studio Veena here, if your looking to dance at home, they even include strength building moves you can do with your pole. You could check and see if there are any classes your area too. Be safe https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_safesex.gif lol happy poling https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_flower.gif
