There are many ways to describe pain…dull sharp ect…is it a muscle pain or spine pain? I don’t think that would cause problems for you….but where does it hurt? If its in the muscles then I don’t think? it would be the epidural. If its around the spin then it very well could be the problem. I never had one (the thought of it scared me silly) so I’m not too familiar with them but I think they don’t go through the muscle tissue, but in between the vertebra.

Don’t go out and buy something new…but maybe if you looked around your house for some fun little extras you could put in the garage it might cheer it up a bit. Wow great job! I know you’ve been wanting to get that Shoulder mount. Don’t worry its really common to accomplish a move in front of others and then be unable to do it again. That happen to me with the twisted grip handspring, I was jamming with Fleur and I was going on about how I just can’t get this move and I’m like "watch" and I got it!! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_eek.gif LOL I did it a few time after during my visit with her….but couldn’t do it the next few days https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_cry.gif I think sometimes when were practicing by ourselves we over think the move and get a mental block. #1 reason…. The Members, yes you guys…you should all be proud! Its you guys that make us all want to come back and see what going on every day. This topic is a great example, you all let me share my feeling and were supportive but now have turned it into a positive.
