“I have thought about making a video to post the the lessons so people understand the the twisted grip isn’t the only option for handspring and such. Also touch on why it may be harmful for some dancers and how to train for this grip.” I would like to know this info, I am big on safety.

Glad to know there are people in this region! To the Columbus people, do you go to any of the pole studios there? I used to live around Cleveland when I went to Kent State. I miss the black squirrels. ha ha

Thanks. It’s great you guys have stuck with pole for so long. While I have had a break, it was the only exercise I stuck with for a long time because it didn’t seem like exercise.

Programs. You excel in this area, and I know it will be thought out and done well.

MemberApril 7, 2011 at 9:39 am in reply to: Help! Mighty Grip Gloves with or without tack!?It may depend on whether you are doing static or spinny pole. If spinny, you will def want tacky for sure. Non-Tack Gloves are recommended for the Stationary Poles typically. You can buy them below if you like to support a fellow poler and it tells more info on them. 🙂

The newest windows movie maker is stripped down and doesnt have the same features. Experienced users will want to continue with what they've become accustomed to. It turns out the special Vista edition MM2.6 downloads, installs and works fine on Windows 7.

I second the idea of tagging videos! That would be cool. I love how the lesson videos are set up by the way. 🙂
