Wikipole has review and a breakdown of whats on each dvd. I have the beginner one and I really like the combos . "The DVD is a good introduction for beginners to pole dance as well as more experienced dancers who are having difficultly linking moves together through smooth transitions. The focus is heavily towards creating a smooth, flowing dance routine as well as demonstrating basic spins, poses and climbs."
I’m not sure on the more advanced stuff but for a beginner I found it helpful/inspiring. I really like her style. Its not jammed pack with moves though like Vertical Dance for example.

I voted for your dog. So cute! I could never be a top judge in a contest like that b/c it would be too hard to pick the cutest. I love animals and when I was younger I used to keep a cute book and would clip out pictures to put in it. he he Good luck, I hope Coco wins!

I forgot to mention I can take any form of payment including credit cards since I own a business (non-pole related one) if that helps with convenience.

Yes, I’m a Naruto fan and I watch the Japanese subtitled ones too! I sent you a PM message so I don’t hijack the thread with anime discussion. he he https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif

Good luck on the caterpillar! I noticed you said Naruto, I’m assuming the anime. If that’s what you meant, I was curious if your watching it in Japanese (with subtitles) or the English version which is behind the Japanese one. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif

Good luck with whatever you choose to do. I’m glad you were able to find a doctor that can help you. Hopefully soon you will be pain free and back to normal!

Thanks everyone. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif I will have to take some pictures/ video soon when I get my camera back. My friend is borrowing it. OhDarwin- the bedroom would be a great place! You could go from pole, bed, floor, chair (if have one), wall very easily! I originally wanted mine there but its vaulted and extremely tall and husband didn’t like the idea of a pole that tall!

Thanks for the info, good to know. I am doing this for fun vs. a sport/competition, so I mainly want to protect myself from injury, gradually get more flexible, and maintain what stretch/technique I gain. I know if you don’t do something daily you can "lose" all the work you put in. Knowing my "goals" would you still recommend an hour or a focus of some sort daily? Thanks. Unfortunately I can’t see me stretching an hour a day on top of pole. Maybe on days off the pole though. What would be the next best alternative? Thanks.

I’m wanting to do routines as well to show my husband. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif I did find a good article on how to make your own that I will probably try. Good luck with it!

I tried some Halloween stores but it was hit or miss, you may have some luck.
http://www.shoebuy.com/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false; has free shipping and free RETURNS. They also price match. I have a couple of $10 off of $50 coupon I can send anybody and I get credit for it (its legit from their site) so let me know if you go that route.
The first shoes you posted are the ones I got. I love the look of them and they were higher than I expected. If you have carpet I wouldn’t recommend the stiletto heels though, they are fine on other floors. Ellies are narrower than Pleasers by the way. Good luck!
